Our mission at Chrysalis is to enable our clients to reach their full potential as contributing members of their community through professional services that promote independence, encourage creativity, and support lifelong growth.

RESPECT: for each other. Administration and staff will exercise thoughtful consideration of the needs of administration, staff, clients served, and other stakeholders.
CONCILIATION: Administration and staff will act in a spirit of compromise and agreement. Each individual will hear and respect the other person's point of view and be open to constructive discussion.
HONESTY: All administration and staff will deal honestly with other staff, clients served, business contacts, and other clients of the community. The value of honesty will not be compromised. Administration and staff must be honest without being harmful.
TRUST: All administration and staff will remain non-judgmental on issues that do not pertain to them.
Chrysalis Ethics
As a certified substance abuse treatment provider in the state of Wyoming, Chrysalis strives to provide high quality support services to adolescents with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Chrysalis supports a culture of openness, trust, and integrity in all business, marketing, and contractual practices. We are committed to conducting affairs and activities with the highest standards of ethical conduct and to the responsible use of assets, to provide accurate, complete and objective information, to respect the confidentiality of clients, financial, and other information, to act in good faith and exercise due care in all we do, to comply with all rules and regulations, and to proactively promote ethical behavior.
ETHICAL CODE OF CONDUCT
Chrysalis administration, management, and staff will:
- Regard as our primary obligation the welfare of our clients (persons served), by demonstrating empathy, promoting self-esteem, and treating clients with respect and dignity at all times.
- Be responsible for the quality and extent of services performed.
- Keep confidential any information pertaining to any client placed in our care or seeking care according to the most stringent legal protections.
- Respect the worth of all individuals and provide quality services regardless of the race, color, religion, sex, ethnic origin, age, or disability of such person, or any other classification prohibited by law.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, both in our professional and personal lives.
- Treat all persons interacting with our company on any level with respect and dignity.
- Take advantage of available opportunities for education and training designed to improve our performance and quality of services provided.
- Work proactively, in a person-centered fashion, with clients, parents/guardians, case managers, family services, courts, attorneys, probation & parole, and other providers or agencies involved in treating our clients. Each individual’s input will always be acknowledged in a respectful manner. Client involvement is encouraged, along with supervision, to increase the sense of worth of persons served.
- Will maintain a therapeutic environment conducive of recovery efforts, in which clients experience values that reflect compassion and empathy.
- Take time to consider the attitudinal, architectural, and communication barriers that may exist within and outside of the organization. If barriers exist, the organization will consider and take corrective action to resolve the issues.
